🧠 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

• 10+ years of experience with heavy trucks and machinery (Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, Caterpillar, etc.)

• Strong expertise in diesel engines, air brakes, hydraulic systems, and transmissions

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and fleet management systems

• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and perform root cause analysis

• Leadership skills and team management capabilities

• Knowledge of safety and transport regulations in Kuwait

🛠 Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in trucks and heavy equipment

• Lead repairs of engines, transmissions, cooling systems, brakes, and suspensions

• Execute and manage preventive maintenance schedules

• Supervise and mentor technicians; uphold quality and safety standards

• Maintain accurate repair records and compliance logs using management systems

• Liaise with procurement for spare parts and consumables

• تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والهوائية المعقدة في الشاحنات والمعدات الثقيلة​​

• إصلاحات رئيسية للمحركات ، وناقلات الحركة، وأنظمة التبريد ، والفرامل، وأنظمة التعليق

• تنفيذ وإدارة جداول الصيانة الوقائية​

• الإشراف على الفنيين وتوجيههم ؛ والحفاظ على معايير الجودة والسلامة

• الحفاظ على سجلات الإصلاح الدقيقة وسجلات الامتثال باستخدام أنظمة الإدارة
