Are you passionate about quality and safety in logistics operations? We're looking for a dedicated Truck QA/QC Inspector to join our quality assurance team in Kuwait. Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical or automotive engineering (diploma or higher preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle inspection, ideally with heavy-duty or commercial trucks

• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems

• Familiarity with ISO standards or equivalent QA/QC frameworks

• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inspection tools/software)

• Residency in Kuwait (local hire only)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with safety and technical standards

• Inspect mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and safety systems

• Perform quality checks pre-dispatch and after maintenance work

• Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings

• Report non-conformities and suggest corrective actions

• Coordinate with workshop and maintenance staff

• Ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance of trucks

• Physically inspect key components such as tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels

• Assist in accident investigations related to vehicle failure

• Keep tools and inspection equipment calibrated and in good condition

• Participate in QA/QC meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide inspection training or guidance to drivers and operators if required

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في الكويت (توظيف محلي فقط)

المسؤوليات

• إجراء فحوصات دورية للتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة

• فحص الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهيدروليكية وأنظمة السلامة

• تنفيذ فحوصات الجودة قبل إرسال الشاحنات وبعد الصيانة

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات وتقارير دقيقة للفحوصات

• الإبلاغ عن أي عيوب واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية

• التنسيق مع فرق الورش والصيانة

• التأكد من مطابقة الشاحنات للمعايير الداخلية والتنظيمية (مثل صلاحية السير، الانبعاثات، حدود الحمولة)

• إجراء فحص بصري ويدوي للعناصر الأساسية مثل الإطارات والفرامل والإضاءة ومستويات السوائل

• المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث وتحليل أسباب الأعطال

• الحفاظ على معايرة أدوات الفحص وصيانتها

• المشاركة في اجتماعات الجودة والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر

• تقديم تدريب أو إرشادات للسائقين حول إجراءات الفحص عند الحاجة
