Service Assurance Associate Engineer
In this role, you are responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting IREG testing for new roaming partners and roaming test validation (TADIG.) (voice, GPRS, prepaid, 3G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G NSA, 5G SA)
- Supporting roaming UAT testing and working on solving any problems during the UAT testing.
- Coordinating the internal and external testing (departments and external roaming partners, respectively).
- Validating test books for new services or existing services.
- Building roaming operational KPIs and aligning with roaming commercial team.
- Generating regular reports for the Service Assurance Manager, Roaming & Interconnect Services that summarize and forecast business activities of the Operations Roaming section.
- Coordinating with Commercial Roaming, Marketing, Customer Care, Technical, and Finance teams regarding new roaming products and services.
- Coordinating with stc sectors and departments and effectively respond to customer requests for any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all roaming operations transactions.
- Managing SIM inventory and perform SIM card audits annually.
- Testing and coordinating international SMS traffic including testing and reporting.
To qualify to this vacancy, you will need to meet the below minimum criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Fluent English and Arabic skills

مهندس مشارك في ضمان الخدمة
في هذا الدور، تشمل مسؤولياتك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:
- إجراء اختبارات IREG لشركاء التجوال الجدد والتحقق من صحة اختبار التجوال (TADIG.) (الصوت، GPRS، الدفع المسبق، 3G، LTE، VoLTE، 5G NSA، 5G SA)
- دعم اختبار UAT التجوال والعمل على حل أي مشاكل أثناء اختبار UAT.
- تنسيق الاختبارات الداخلية والخارجية (الأقسام وشركاء التجوال الخارجيين على التوالي).
- التحقق من صحة كتب الاختبار للخدمات الجديدة أو الخدمات الموجودة.
- بناء مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التشغيلية للتجوال والتنسيق مع الفريق التجاري المتجول.
- إنشاء تقارير منتظمة لمدير ضمان الخدمة وخدمات التجوال والترابط والتي تلخص وتتنبأ بالأنشطة التجارية لقسم عمليات التجوال.
- التنسيق مع فرق التجوال التجاري والتسويق وخدمة العملاء والفرق الفنية والمالية فيما يتعلق بمنتجات وخدمات التجوال الجديدة.
- التنسيق مع قطاعات وأقسام شركة الاتصالات السعودية والرد بشكل فعال على طلبات العملاء لأي استفسارات داخلية لضمان معالجة سلسة لجميع معاملات عمليات التجوال.
- إدارة مخزون بطاقات SIM وإجراء عمليات تدقيق لبطاقات SIM سنويًا.
- اختبار وتنسيق حركة الرسائل النصية القصيرة الدولية بما في ذلك الاختبار وإعداد التقارير.
للتأهل لهذا المنصب الشاغر، سوف تحتاج إلى تلبية الحد الأدنى من المعايير أدناه:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة
- مهارات اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة
