Details

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Sunglass Hut stores in Kuwait. You will ensure that all branches adhere to brand standards, manage KPIs, improve team performance, maintain high-quality customer service, and drive profitability. You’ll act as a key link between the head office and store teams, translating business strategies into operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze reports and KPIs
• Experience in managing multiple store locations and large teams

بصفتك مدير منطقة، ستكون مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على عمليات التشغيل اليومية لمتاجر Sunglass Hut في الكويت. تشمل مهامك ضمان الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية، متابعة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء، قيادة فرق العمل لتحقيق الأهداف، وتحسين مستوى خدمة العملاء. كما ستساهم في تطوير الخطط التجارية وتنفيذ الأنشطة التسويقية بما يحقق أقصى ربحية.

الشروط

• درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
• من 6 إلى 8 سنوات خبرة في مجال مشابه، منها 3 سنوات في منصب إداري
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية
• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office
• قدرة على التحليل واتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية بناءً على تقارير الأداء
• خبرة في إدارة عدة فروع وفِرق عمل كبيرة
