Requirements

• Male candidate, preferably Kuwaiti

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower planning based on business and project needs

• Manage all aspects of government relations (visas, permits, Kuwaitization, etc.)

• Oversee the recruitment process, payroll, onboarding, and appraisals

• Supervise general administration and office services

• Prepare internal and external compliance reports, including submissions to ministries
