• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait

• Relevant experience in the same field

• Technical expertise and knowledge based on the position applied

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and coordination skills

🎯 Responsibilities

• Draftsman – PL&FF: Prepare technical drawings and layout plans for plumbing and firefighting systems in coordination with engineering standards.

• BMS Foreman: Supervise the installation and maintenance of Building Management Systems, ensuring compliance with safety and technical guidelines.

• Estimation Engineer / Estimator – Mechanical (PL&FF): Analyze project requirements, prepare detailed cost estimations, and assist in bidding processes.

✅ المتطلبات

• يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين حالياً في الكويت

• خبرة مناسبة في نفس المجال

• إتقان فني ومعرفة تقنية وفقاً للوظيفة المطلوبة

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية

• مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية

🎯 المسؤوليات

• رسام هندسي – PL&FF: إعداد الرسومات الفنية والمخططات لأنظمة السباكة ومكافحة الحريق وفقاً للمعايير الهندسية.

• فورمان BMS: الإشراف على تركيب وصيانة أنظمة إدارة المباني والتأكد من الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة والمعايير الفنية.

• مهندس تقديرات / مُقدِّر ميكانيكي – PL&FF: تحليل متطلبات المشروع، إعداد تقديرات التكاليف التفصيلية، والمساعدة في عمليات تقديم العطاءات.
