• The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety engineering; prior MPW (Ministry of Public Works) approval is an advantage

• Valid membership in Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE)

• Accredited safety certifications and special safety training from international bodies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Currently residing in Kuwait with transferable residency

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures

• Establish and enforce safety and fire prevention regulations in accordance with Kuwaiti law

• Conduct regular safety awareness and orientation training sessions for site laborers

• Determine and oversee use of appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)

• Inspect fire prevention equipment and ensure compliance with fire codes and machine safety standards

• Set emergency procedures for excavation and work zones

• Regularly inspect machinery, facilities, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards

• Evaluate and approve new equipment and machinery for compliance with safety regulations

• Test machines and conduct inspections to verify safety standards are met

المسؤوليات

• دعم تطوير وتطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE)

• وضع وتطبيق لوائح السلامة والوقاية من الحريق بما يتوافق مع القوانين الكويتية

• تنظيم جلسات توعوية وتدريبية للعمال لرفع الوعي بالسلامة

• تحديد متطلبات معدات الوقاية الشخصية والإشراف عليها

• تنفيذ جولات تفتيش على معدات السلامة ومعدات الوقاية من الحريق ومرافق العمل

• إعداد خطط الطوارئ للمواقع مثل أعمال الحفر وغيرها

• التفتيش المنتظم على المعدات والآلات لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتصحيحها

• مراجعة واعتماد المعدات الجديدة وفقًا لمتطلبات السلامة
