Candidates should possess the following attributes:
Experience
- Strong undergraduate academic record (with a preference for finance or accounting degrees), CFA is a plus. 4 to 8 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, leveraged finance, management consulting, corporate development, or transaction services, prior experience in transaction execution.
Skills
- · Strong financial accounting and modeling skills with the ability to model acquisition candidates and perform related financial analyses.
- · Knowledge of corporate finance concepts such as valuation and risk/return dynamics
- · Experience in Kuwait and/or GCC.
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- · Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints.

خبرة
- سجل أكاديمي قوي في مرحلة البكالوريوس (مع تفضيل درجات التمويل أو المحاسبة)، CFA هو إضافة إضافية. خبرة من 4 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال الأسهم الخاصة، أو الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية، أو التمويل بالرافعة المالية، أو الاستشارات الإدارية، أو تطوير الشركات، أو خدمات المعاملات، مع خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ المعاملات.
