Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.

• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site operations.

• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

المسؤوليات:

• تأمين التوريدات والتفاوض على العقود بكفاءة.

• متابعة جودة التنفيذ وحل المشكلات الميدانية بسرعة.

• الحفاظ على تواصل فعّال مع العملاء والمقاولين الفرعيين وأصحاب المصلحة.

• تطوير وإدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وتقليل التأخيرات والمخاطر.

• تتبع الميزانية وإدارة المدفوعات وتطبيق استراتيجيات خفض التكاليف.

• ضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة بالتنسيق مع فرق HSE.

• تدريب المهندسين الجدد والإشراف على إعداد التقارير وتوثيق المشروع.
