Job Title: Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Marketing & Promotional Strategy

• Identify new promotional opportunities and collaborate with the marketing manager and external partners to develop annual promotion plans that align with business objectives.

Supplier & Competitor Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive rates for marketing materials.

• Track competitor activities and identify new market trends, sharing valuable insights with the team.

Marketing Materials & Campaigns

• Prepare marketing materials like leaflets, posters, and flyers, and manage relationships with printers and designers to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Work closely with the Marcom unit to implement effective promotional strategies.

Marketing Support & Evaluation

• Assist in the preparation of marketing updates, activity calendars, and internal communications.

• Manage and evaluate marketing projects and campaigns to ensure they meet deadlines and achieve the desired results.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide support for ad-hoc marketing projects as required, working alongside the marketing manager and team members to achieve goals.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Preferred: MBA with a specialization in Marketing).

• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience.

• تحديد الفرص الترويجية الجديدة والتعاون مع مدير التسويق والشركاء الخارجيين لتطوير خطط ترويجية سنوية تتماشى مع أهداف الأعمال.

العلاقات مع الموردين والمنافسين

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع الموردين للحصول على أسعار تنافسية لمواد التسويق.

• متابعة أنشطة المنافسين وتحديد الاتجاهات الجديدة في السوق، ومشاركة الرؤى القيمة مع الفريق.

مواد التسويق والحملات

• إعداد مواد تسويقية مثل المنشورات، والملصقات، والنشرات، وإدارة العلاقات مع الطابعات والمصممين لضمان إتمام جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

• التعاون مع وحدة Marcom لتنفيذ استراتيجيات ترويجية فعّالة.

• المساعدة في إعداد التحديثات التسويقية، تقاويم الأنشطة، والاتصالات الداخلية.

• إدارة وتقييم المشاريع التسويقية والحملات لضمان الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة.

المسؤوليات الإضافية

• تقديم الدعم في المشاريع التسويقية المؤقتة حسب الحاجة، والعمل مع مدير التسويق وأعضاء الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف.

التعليم والخبرة

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل: ماجستير إدارة الأعمال مع تخصص في التسويق).

• من 2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في التسويق.
