✅ Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the container yard.

• Monitor container movements including gate-in and gate-out activities.

• Supervise container inspection, repair, and maintenance processes for dry and reefer containers.

• Approve repair estimates for damaged containers.

• Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.

• Implement and maintain an effective Yard Management Program to ensure operational efficiency.

• Analyze workflows and distribute tasks across work centers to maintain balance and productivity.

• Review yard performance, address gaps, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

• Handle HR functions such as recruitment, training, grievance handling, and termination.

• Conduct annual performance evaluations for all depot staff.

• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and efficient manner.

• Maintain strong internal and external communication across all levels.

• Lead the team with clear direction, accountability, and motivation.

• Ensure the depot operates professionally in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and resilience.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred).

• 3–6 years of proven experience in yard or depot management.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in logistics or operations.

• Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• IICL certification for container inspection is preferred.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-speed operations environment.

✅ المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة العمليات اليومية في ساحة الحاويات.

• متابعة دخول وخروج الحاويات من وإلى الساحة.

• الإشراف على فحص الحاويات وصيانتها، بما في ذلك الحاويات المبردة والجافة.

• الموافقة على تقديرات تكاليف إصلاح الحاويات المتضررة.

• ضمان دقة وسرعة المعاملات المخزنية.

• تنفيذ برنامج فعال لإدارة الساحة وتحقيق أعلى كفاءة تشغيلية.

• تحليل عبء العمل وتوزيع المهام على المراكز التشغيلية المناسبة.

• مراجعة أداء عمليات الساحة ومعالجة الفجوات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

📌 المتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس (ويفضل في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال).

• خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 3 إلى 6 سنوات في إدارة الساحات أو المستودعات.

• خبرة سابقة في الإشراف أو القيادة التشغيلية.

• مهارات عالية في التنظيم واتخاذ القرار تحت الضغط.

• يفضل وجود شهادة IICL لفحص الحاويات.

• القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة عمليات سريعة ومتغيرة.
