Start Your Career in Finance – Junior Accountant Position Available

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support financial operations and ensure accuracy in daily transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional eager to grow and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and record transactions

• Monitor daily revenue and reconcile reports

• Handle petty cash payments and ensure proper settlement

• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support audits by preparing necessary financial data

• Liaise with other departments to ensure financial compliance

• Suggest improvements for internal financial controls

• Handle vendor and client payment follow-ups

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of Kuwait financial regulations is a plus

• Accuracy in handling financial data

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• معرفة ببرامج المحاسبة وإكسل

• دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة وإنجازها في الوقت المحدد

• مهارات تواصل والعمل ضمن فريق

• معرفة بالقوانين المالية في الكويت ميزة إضافية

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
