• Ensure high-quality service and adherence to brand standards
• Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment

• إدارة الحجوزات واستفسارات العملاء والشكاوى بشكل احترافي
• تدريب وتحفيز أعضاء الفريق لتقديم خدمة استثنائية

متطلبات

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة المطاعم أو الضيافة
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات
• حسن المظهر واحترافي وتركيز على العملاء
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة ضيافة سريعة الخطى وراقية
