Open Positions
1. Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil Works)
The Role: Prepare and review tender documents, conduct detailed cost estimates, and ensure full compliance with project specifications.
Requirements: Strong background in civil engineering, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2. Senior Civil Engineer
Experience: 11 to 14 years in civil engineering projects (Construction/Infrastructure).
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
Key Skills: Deep knowledge of local authority standards, contract documents, BOQs, drawings, and project estimation.
Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera/MS Project.
3. Site Civil Engineer
Experience: 6 to 8 years in site execution for construction projects.
Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
Key Skills: Site supervision, quality control, safety practices, and quantity take-offs.
Technical: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic planning tools.
Core Responsibilities
Execution: Oversee site operations, ensuring work follows drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Coordination: Act as a key liaison between contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Quality & Safety: Maintain rigorous quality control and safety standards on-site.
Planning: Manage construction methods, materials, and schedules efficiently.
