Intake Coordinator – Homecare Division (Bilingual)
Key Responsibilities
Patient Liaison: Professionally handle incoming calls, educating patients on the scope of Royal Home Health services, policies, and procedures.
Appointment Management: Coordinate the booking, scheduling, and confirming of home visits in alignment with medical team leads to ensure timely care.
Information Management: Maintain, update, and protect sensitive medical records while ensuring the reliability of clinical information shared with patients.
Operational Coordination: Liaise with transportation, billing, call center, and business development teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
Administrative Excellence: Manage service contracts (including smart technology signatures), verify documentation, and address patient feedback or complaints with confidentiality.
Front Office Support: Coordinate with doctors, process insurance requirements, and liaise with laboratories as needed.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of 2 years of College-level education is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or healthcare environment.
Languages: Bilingual (English & Arabic) – Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
Technical Skills: High level of Computer Literacy and ability to adapt to healthcare management systems.
Attributes: Professional demeanor, capable of handling high-pressure situations, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.

منسق استقبال - قسم الرعاية المنزلية (ثنائي اللغة)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تنسيق المواعيد: استقبال اتصالات المرضى، وتنظيم مواعيد الزيارات المنزلية بالتنسيق مع الفريق الطبي وفريق المواصلات.
دعم المرضى: شرح الخدمات والسياسات الخاصة بالرعاية المنزلية، وتوضيح العقود والأسعار والخطط العلاجية المقترحة.
الإدارة المكتبية: إدارة السجلات الطبية وحمايتها، وتجهيز العقود (بما في ذلك التوقيع الإلكتروني)، والتحقق من المستندات المطلوبة.
التنسيق الداخلي: العمل كحلقة وصل بين أقسام الفوترة، والتأمين، والمختبرات، والأطباء لضمان انسيابية الخدمة.
خدمة العملاء: التعامل مع ملاحظات وشكاوى المرضى بمهنية عالية والحرص التام على سرية المعلومات.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: يفضل إنهاء سنتين دراسيتين على الأقل من التعليم الجامعي.
اللغات: إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
المهارات: إلمام تام باستخدام الحاسب الآلي والقدرة على التعامل مع أنظمة المكاتب الأمامية.
