Bonyan is looking for a skilled Structural Revit Engineer or Structural Draftsman to join our professional design team. Structural Revit Engineer / Structural Draftsman
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling: Prepare comprehensive and accurate 3D structural models using Revit Structure.
Reinforcement Detailing: Develop full, detailed reinforcement for foundations (isolated, strip, raft), columns, beams, slabs, and shear walls.
Documentation: Produce high-quality shop drawings and precise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate structural models effectively with architectural and MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes.
Compliance & Revision: Ensure all drawings strictly comply with project specifications and international codes, managing updates and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure is mandatory.
Detailed Knowledge: Deep understanding of structural detailing and the ability to produce construction-ready shop drawings.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret engineering designs and translate them into detailed technical models.
Experience: Proven track record in structural drafting or engineering within a professional firm.
Teamwork: Strong communication skills for effective coordination with other engineering departments.

الوظيفة المطلوبة
مهندس ريفيت إنشائي / رسام إنشائي (Structural Revit Engineer/Draftsman)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
نمذجة الـ BIM: إعداد نماذج إنشائية كاملة ودقيقة باستخدام برنامج Revit Structure.
تفاصيل التسليح: تطوير تفاصيل حديد التسليح الكاملة للقواعد (المنفصلة، الشريطية، واللبشة)، والأعمدة، والجسور، والأسقف، وحوائط القص.
المخططات التنفيذية: إنتاج لوحات الـ (Shop Drawings) وجداول تقطيع الحديد (BBS) بدقة عالية.
التنسيق الهندسي: تنسيق النماذج الإنشائية مع التخصصات المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية (MEP).
المطابقة والمراجعة: ضمان مطابقة الرسومات لمواصفات المشروع والأكواد المعتمدة، وتحديث النماذج حسب المتطلبات.
المتطلبات
الإتقان التقني: خبرة قوية ومتقدمة في برنامج Revit Structure (شرط أساسي).
الخبرة الفنية: القدرة على إنتاج مخططات تنفيذية مفصلة وفهم عميق لتفاصيل التسليح.
المهارات التحليلية: القدرة على فهم التصاميم الإنشائية وتحويلها إلى نماذج فنية دقيقة.
العمل الجماعي: مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتنسيق مع الأقسام الهندسية المختلفة.
