Senior HR – Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to attract top-tier talent.
Team Mentorship: Supervise, train, and provide daily guidance to the HR staff.
Departmental Oversight: Act as the central point of expertise for the HR department.
Strategic Planning: Partner with management for manpower planning and identifying hiring needs.
Policy Development: Support and refine HR policies and industry best practices.
Requirements
Expertise: Strong experience in Recruitment and HR Team Management.
Leadership: Proven ability to make critical decisions and lead teams effectively.
Experience: GCC HR experience is highly preferred.
Salary: KD 550 – 600 (Based on experience).

مسؤول أول موارد بشرية – توظيف (Senior HR)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
قيادة التوظيف: إدارة عملية التوظيف بالكامل من البداية وحتى التعيين.
توجيه الفريق: الإشراف على موظفي الموارد البشرية وتدريبهم وتقديم الدعم اليومي لهم.
المرجع الإداري: العمل كنقطة توجيه مركزية لقسم الموارد البشرية بالكامل.
التخطيط الاستراتيجي: التنسيق مع الإدارة لتحديد احتياجات القوى العاملة وخطط التعيين.
السياسات والإجراءات: دعم وتطوير سياسات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات المهنية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة قوية في التوظيف وإدارة فرق العمل.
القيادة: مهارات مثبتة في اتخاذ القرار والقيادة.
الأفضلية: لمن لديهم خبرة في الموارد البشرية داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
الراتب: 550 – 600 دينار كويتي (حسب الخبرة).
