Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities
Global Sourcing: Lead international procurement for both food and non-food items, identifying and vetting high-quality global suppliers.
Negotiation: Secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize company costs without compromising quality.
Order Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs), from initial quotation evaluation to final delivery follow-up.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
Supplier Relations: Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse pool of international vendors.
Requirements
Nationality: Indian (Male or Female candidates).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven procurement experience (experience in the Food Industry is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; excellent cost analysis and documentation skills.
Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage).

مسؤول مشتريات (Procurement Officer)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
المشتريات الدولية: إدارة عمليات الشراء الدولية للمواد الغذائية وغير الغذائية والبحث عن موردين جدد.
التفاوض: التفاوض على أفضل الأسعار وشروط التعاقد وجداول التسليم لضمان كفاءة التكلفة.
إدارة الطلبات: متابعة أوامر الشراء (POs) من مرحلة طلب العروض وحتى استلام الشحنات.
تنسيق المخزون: التعاون مع فريق المستودعات لضمان توافر المنتجات وسلاسة التوريد.
المتطلبات
الجنسية: للمتقدمين من الجنسية الهندية فقط (ذكور أو إناث).
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو سلاسل التوريد أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المشتريات (يفضل في قطاع المواد الغذائية).
المهارات: إتقان أنظمة الـ ERP واللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (المعرفة بالعربية ميزة إضافية).
