Lead Our Financial Operations: Head Cashier Opportunity in Sulaibiya
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong numerical skills and a knack for cash management? Refrigeration Industries Co. (RIC) is seeking a dedicated Head Cashier to oversee our daily financial transactions at our Sulaibiya facility. We are looking for a reliable leader who can balance precise cash handling with robust financial reporting to ensure our operations run smoothly and transparently.

Key Responsibilities
Cash & POS Management: Handle daily cash sales and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with 100% accuracy.
Banking & Transactions: Manage daily cheque clearances, verify cash for bank deposits, and handle vendor/customer payments.
Accounting Support: Prepare petty cash expenses and Journal Vouchers (JV) for various projects and departments, ensuring timely monthly closings.
Financial Reporting: Perform reconciliations of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank balances; prepare monthly financial reports.
Flow Monitoring: Track all company cash flow, receivables, and payables in strict accordance with Finance Department protocols.
Requirements
Gender & Nationality: Indian Male candidates (as per company requirements).
Language: Ability to speak basic or conversational Arabic is essential.
Skills: Strong proficiency in cash handling, basic accounting, and financial reconciliation.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately or on short notice.
Driver's License: Having a valid Kuwaiti driving license and owning a car is a significant advantage.
Location: Must be willing to work in Sulaibiya.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: KD 300 – 400 (depending on experience).

هل أنت محترف في التعاملات المالية وتمتلك الدقة في إدارة النقد؟ تعلن شركة صناعات التبريد (RIC) عن حاجتها لتعيين رئيس صرافين (Head Cashier) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في منطقة الصليبية. نحن نبحث عن شخص مسؤول يجمع بين مهارات إدارة الصندوق وإعداد التقارير المالية بدقة واحترافية.
الوظيفة المطلوبة
رئيس صرافين (Head Cashier)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة الصندوق وPOS: التعامل مع المبيعات النقدية اليومية وتشغيل نظام نقاط البيع (POS) يومياً.
المعاملات البنكية: إدارة مقاصة الشيكات والتحقق من المبالغ النقدية للإيداعات البنكية، وتسوية فواتير الموردين.
الدعم المحاسبي: إعداد مصروفات النثرية (Petty Cash) وقيود اليومية (JV) للمشاريع والإشراف على الإغلاق الشهري.
التقارير والتسويات: إجراء مطابقات لحسابات المدينين والدائنين والأرصدة البنكية وإعداد تقارير مالية شهرية.
مراقبة التدفق النقدي: تتبع التدفقات النقدية والمقبوضات والمدفوعات بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية.
المتطلبات
الجنسية والجنس: مطلوب (ذكر) من الجنسية الهندية (حسب متطلبات العمل).
اللغة: القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية (مستوى أساسي/محادثة).
الجهوزية: القدرة على المباشرة فوراً أو خلال فترة إخطار قصيرة.
رخصة القيادة: تعتبر رخصة القيادة الكويتية وامتلاك سيارة ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
الموقع: العمل في منطقة الصليبية.
