HOTECC, a leader in major engineering and construction projects in Kuwait, is seeking a meticulous Store Keeper to manage our critical project assets. If you have a background in Oil & Gas and possess the technical skills to streamline warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!

Available Position

Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate records of all materials and equipment, specifically within construction or oil & gas environments.
Store Management: Oversee all warehouse procedures, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued according to company standards.
Material Verification: Utilize strong knowledge of quantity measurements and conversions to verify incoming and outgoing stock.
System Management: Use ERP systems and MS Office to maintain real-time digital inventory logs and administrative reports.
Coordination: Liaise with project managers and site engineers to ensure materials are available for flowline and construction timelines.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma.
Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper.
Sector Expertise: Direct experience in Construction or Oil & Gas (experience with Flowlines is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office; expert in material organization and arrangement.
Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on administrative accuracy.
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

أمين مخزن (Store Keeper)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

ضبط المخزون: إدارة وصيانة سجلات دقيقة لجميع المواد والمعدات، خاصة في بيئات الإنشاءات والنفط والغاز.
إدارة المستودعات: الإشراف على كافة إجراءات التخزين، وضمان استلام المواد وتخزينها وصرفها وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
التحقق من المواد: استخدام معرفة قوية بقياسات الكميات والتحويلات للتحقق من المخزون الوارد والصادر.
إدارة الأنظمة: استخدام أنظمة ERP وبرامج MS Office للاحتفاظ بسجلات مخزون رقمية وتقارير إدارية فورية.
التنسيق الميداني: التواصل مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع لضمان توافر المواد اللازمة لخطوط التدفق (Flowlines) والجداول الزمنية للإنشاءات.

المتطلبات

المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم متخصص.
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة كأمين مخزن.
الخبرة القطاعية: خبرة مباشرة في قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات أو النفط والغاز (يفضل من لديه خبرة في مشاريع Flowlines).
المهارات التقنية: إتقان أنظمة الـ ERP وحزمة MS Office، مع مهارات تنظيمية وترتيبية فائقة.
المهارات الشخصية: مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة، ودقة عالية في المعاملات الإدارية.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في دولة الكويت.
