Sales Consultant - Commercial Vehicle
Job Responsibilities:
- · Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- · Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- · Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services, analyzing costs and sales.
- · Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- · Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- · Participate in preparing and circulating annual sales plans as required.
- · Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve parts sales target according to plan.
- Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets.

- Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied.
- Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment.
- Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company’s policy and guidelines.
- Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review.
- Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier.
Service Advisor -Bodyshop
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities in the customer relation and performance within reception area and attend to customer’s inquiry in person or by telephone.
- Obtain customer details and vehicle data from systems for vehicle service history.
- Identify service requirements from the customer and record their requests, complaints and service expectations accurately and clearly on the repair order.
- Promote sales of labor, parts and accessories appropriately as an advisor to the customer where applicable.
- Book in sufficient work to the workshop, to maintain maximum profit potential.
- Ensure order for customers requested work advice the customer of repair cost, obtain signature for requested work and do vehicle condition check, inside and out.

- • إقامة علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها طوال دورة المبيعات.
- • تقديم المساعدة الفنية قبل البيع والتثقيف بشأن المنتج، وخدمات الدعم بعد البيع، وتحليل التكاليف والمبيعات.
- • التواصل مع أعضاء فريق المبيعات الآخرين والخبراء التقنيين الآخرين.
- • التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لفهم متطلبات العملاء، والترويج لبيع منتجات الشركة، وتقديم الدعم للمبيعات.
- • المشاركة في إعداد وتوزيع خطط المبيعات السنوية حسب الحاجة.
