Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s market reach.
Promote and sell industrial products, with a focus on refrigerants and refrigeration equipment.
Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
Meet and exceed sales targets while providing regular reports on market feedback.
Requirements
Driving License: Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license (owning a personal vehicle is a significant advantage).
Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred; specialized knowledge of refrigerants or refrigeration products is a major plus.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Personal Attributes: Must be hardworking, honest, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Location: Able to work at our site in Amghara.

المسؤوليات
تحديد واستقطاب العملاء المحتملين لتوسيع نطاق انتشار الشركة في السوق.
ترويج وبيع المنتجات الصناعية، مع التركيز على غازات التبريد ومعدات التبريد.
إدارة حسابات العملاء وضمان أعلى مستويات الرضا واستمرارية التعامل.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات للمشترين المحتملين.
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المطلوبة وتقديم تقارير دورية حول ملاحظات السوق.
المتطلبات
رخصة القيادة: يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية (امتلاك سيارة خاصة يعتبر ميزة إضافية).
الخبرة: يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات؛ والمعرفة الفنية بـ غازات التبريد أو منتجات التبريد تمنحك أفضلية كبيرة.
التواصل: مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية لإتمام الصفقات بفعالية.
السمات الشخصية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مجتهداً، أميناً، ذاي التحفيز، وقادراً على العمل بشكل مستقل.
الموقع: القدرة على العمل في منطقة أمغرة.
