Green Life Co. is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to lead the operation and supervision of our cutting-edge Aeroponics systems. Based in Al Abdali, you will play a critical role in managing electro-mechanical projects, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our expansion across Kuwait and the GCC.

Requirements
Education: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience specifically in electro-mechanical projects.
Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing.
Competencies: Strong people management skills, proactive "self-starter," and effective problem solver.
Environment: Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural professional setting.
Responsibilities
System Supervision: Operating and supervising Aeroponics systems, including installation and testing phases.
Technical Design: Providing detailed drawings and technical input for current and future greenhouse projects.
Maintenance Management: Contributing to the maintenance of all greenhouse systems and implementing SOPs for preventive and routine care.
Supply Chain Oversight: Managing the inventory of spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted year-round operations.
Reporting: Providing regular updates to the Technical Leader on system performance and project milestones.

متطلبات
التعليم: يفضل الحصول على درجة العلمية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.

اللغات: طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ويفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان حزمة Microsoft Office والقدرة على التعامل مع المخططات الفنية.
الكفاءات: مهارات قوية في إدارة الأفراد، روح المبادرة، والقدرة الفعالة على حل المشكلات.
بيئة العمل: القدرة على العمل بانسجام ضمن بيئة عمل متعددة الثقافات.
مسئوليات
الإشراف على الأنظمة: تشغيل والإشراف على أنظمة Aeroponics، بما في ذلك مراحل التركيب والاختبار.
التصميم الفني: تقديم المخططات التفصيلية والمدخلات الفنية لمشاريع البيوت الزجاجية الحالية والمستقبلية.
إدارة الصيانة: المساهمة في صيانة جميع الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية وتطبيق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) للصيانة الوقائية والدورية.
رقابة التوريد: طلب وتوفير قطع الغيار والمستهلكات لضمان استمرارية العمليات على مدار العام دون انقطاع.
التقارير: تقديم تقارير دورية للقائد الفني حول أداء الأنظمة ومراحل إنجاز المشاريع.
