Marketing Lead
Responsibilities
Content & Strategy: Architect the group-wide content plan and define core messaging to ensure brand consistency.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the internal marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative output.
Digital Management: Oversee a comprehensive digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, and SEO content.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between school principals and external agencies for seamless project execution.
Performance & Analytics: Leverage CRM and social media tools (e.g., Zoho Social) to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report actionable insights.
Event Marketing: Drive on-ground and digital marketing campaigns for educational fairs and exhibitions.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in marketing or content strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in digital marketing and a solid understanding of SEO principles.
Sector Expertise: Prior experience in the Education or Service sector is highly preferred.
Visa Status: Must hold a transferable residence permit (Article 18) in Kuwait.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

المحتوى والاستراتيجية: صياغة خطة المحتوى للمجموعة بأكملها وتحديد الرسائل الجوهرية لضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية.
قيادة الفريق: إدارة وتوجيه فريق التسويق الداخلي لتقديم مخرجات إبداعية عالية الجودة تتماشى مع هوية الشركة.
الإدارة الرقمية: الإشراف على التواجد الرقمي الشامل عبر إنستغرام، لينكد إن، فيسبوك، يوتيوب، وخرائط جوجل، ومحتوى تحسين محركات البحث (SEO).
تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة: العمل كحلقة وصل أساسية بين مديري المدارس والوكالات الخارجية لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.
الأداء والتحليل: استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (مثل Zoho Social) لتتبع الأداء وتقديم تقارير تحليلية.
تسويق الفعاليات: قيادة الحملات التسويقية الميدانية والرقمية للمعارض والملتقيات التعليمية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التسويق أو استراتيجية المحتوى.
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
المعرفة التقنية: خلفية قوية في التسويق الرقمي وفهم راسخ لمبادئ تحسين محركات البحث (SEO).
خبرة القطاع: يفضل بشدة من لديهم خبرة سابقة في قطاع التعليم أو القطاع الخدمي.
حالة التأشيرة: يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل دولة الكويت.
المهارات الشخصية: مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية وتواصل استثنائية.
