Responsibilities
System Oversight: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of complex electrical systems across various facilities.
Preventive Maintenance: Design and implement robust preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults with precision and speed.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate detailed technical reports and ensure all work aligns with safety standards and client specifications.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with facilities management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in electrical maintenance, with a strong preference for candidates with Facilities Management backgrounds.
Certification: Must hold a valid KSE Membership (Kuwait Society of Engineers).
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance protocols.
Availability: Must be currently in Kuwait and ready for immediate joining.
Communication: Strong reporting skills and the ability to communicate technical data clearly.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على الأنظمة: الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية المعقدة في مختلف المرافق.
الصيانة الوقائية: تصميم وتنفيذ جداول صيانة وقائية صارمة لتقليل فترات التوقف وإطالة عمر المعدات.
استكشاف الأعطال: تشخيص وحل الأعطال الكهربائية المعقدة بدقة وسرعة عالية.
التقارير والامتثال: إعداد تقارير فنية مفصلة وضمان توافق جميع الأعمال مع معايير السلامة ومواصفات العميل.
تنسيق الفريق: التعاون مع فرق إدارة المرافق لضمان تقديم خدمات سلسة وتميز تشغيلي.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في الصيانة الكهربائية، ويفضل من لديهم خبرة في إدارة المرافق (Facilities Management).
الاعتماد المهني: يجب امتلاك عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE).
المهارات الفنية: معرفة خبيرة بالأنظمة الكهربائية، تقنيات استكشاف الأعطال، وبروتوكولات الصيانة.
التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم داخل الكويت حالياً ومستعداً للالتحاق الفوري.
التواصل: مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والقدرة على شرح البيانات الفنية بوضوح.
