Requirements

• Experience (Maintenance): For the Maintenance Engineer role, a minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in MEP Maintenance is mandatory.

• Specialization: Deep technical knowledge in DX Systems for Mechanical Engineers or HVAC systems for Technicians.

• Technical Proficiency: Draftsmen must be highly skilled in Plumbing and Firefighting layouts.

• Location: All applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait and available for local hiring.

• Documentation: Valid residency and relevant engineering/technical certifications for each respective role.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Oversight: Managing and executing comprehensive MEP maintenance strategies to ensure peak facility performance.

• System Design & Implementation: Engineering and troubleshooting DX systems and HVAC units to rigorous technical standards.

• Technical Drafting: Creating precise PL & FF drawings and blueprints to support construction and maintenance phases.↚

• الوثائق: إقامة سارية المفعول مع شهادات هندسية أو تقنية ذات صلة لكل تخصص.

• الإشراف الهندسي: إدارة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات صيانة MEP شاملة لضمان أعلى مستويات أداء المرافق.
