• The Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS),a non-profit organization established by an Amiri Decree, has been providing sustained support to the progress and advancement of science and technology since 1976. H.H. The Amir of the State of Kuwait chairs the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

• Private sector companies contribute 1% of their annual net profits to the Foundation.
• The main objective of KFAS is to stimulate creative initiatives and human potentials that promote building a solid scientific and technological base and facilitate an enabling environment of innovation and culture. 

• Initiatives include developing public awareness of science, strengthening the success factors of innovations, and enhancing innovative and research capacities.

Specialist - Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
• Minimum of 6 Years of experience in in the same or related field
• Proficient in English and Arabic.

Specialist - Finance

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information and support budgeting and reporting processes.

Specialist - KNSRC Projects

Required Documents:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Copy of Civil ID.
• Certificate of insured service periods issued by the Public Authority for Social Security, dated on or after the announcement date.
• Academic certificate(s) and transcript(s), including the final graduation GPA.↚
• Equivalency of the academic certificate(s) from the Ministry of Higher Education, and Authentication of the transcript(s) for graduates of universities other than Kuwait University.

أخصائي - الموارد البشرية

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الأعمال الدولية أو مجال ذي صلة (مع معادلة من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي الكويتية).
• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في نفس المجال أو مجال ذي صلة
• يجيد اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

أخصائي - الشؤون المالية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد ومراجعة التقارير والبيانات والتحليلات المالية لدعم عملية صنع القرار الإداري.
• المساعدة في إعداد ومراقبة ومتابعة الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المالية.
• تحليل البيانات المالية وتحديد الاتجاهات والاختلافات وفرص تحسين التكاليف.
• ضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات المالية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لجمع المعلومات المالية ودعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتقارير.

المستندات المطلوبة:

• السيرة الذاتية (CV).
• نسخة من بطاقة الهوية المدنية.
• شهادة فترات الخدمة المؤمن عليها الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي، بتاريخ في أو بعد تاريخ الإعلان.
• الشهادات الأكاديمية والسجلات الأكاديمية، بما في ذلك المعدل التراكمي النهائي للتخرج.
• معادلة الشهادة (الشهادات) الأكاديمية من وزارة التعليم العالي، وتصديق كشوف الدرجات لخريجي الجامعات الأخرى غير جامعة الكويت.
