Medical Aesthetic Devices Specialist

Key Responsibilities – Medical Aesthetic Devices Specialist

1. Technical Support & Product Expertise

• Provide technical support and product guidance to dermatology and aesthetic clinics.
• Demonstrate the proper use, features, and benefits of medical aesthetic devices.
• Assist clinics in optimizing device performance and treatment outcomes.

2. Clinical Training

• Conduct training sessions for doctors, dermatologists, and clinic staff on the proper use of aesthetic devices.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and medical standards.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations during device installation and clinical use.

3. Installation & Device Setup

• Coordinate and support the installation of aesthetic devices in clinics.
• Ensure devices are properly configured, tested, and ready for operation.
• Provide operational guidance to ensure smooth device integration into clinic workflows.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinic managers, and medical staff.
• Act as the main technical contact for clinics using the company’s devices.
• Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

5. Troubleshooting & Technical Follow-Up

• Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to device usage.

• Coordinate with the technical or engineering team for advanced troubleshooting when required.
• Follow up with clinics to ensure devices operate efficiently.

أخصائي أجهزة التجميل الطبية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية – أخصائي أجهزة التجميل الطبية

1. الدعم الفني والخبرة في المنتج

• تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشادات المتعلقة بالمنتجات لعيادات الأمراض الجلدية والتجميل.
• شرح الاستخدام الصحيح وميزات وفوائد أجهزة التجميل الطبية.
• مساعدة العيادات في تحسين أداء الأجهزة ونتائج العلاج.

2. التدريب السريري

• إجراء دورات تدريبية للأطباء وأطباء الجلدية وموظفي العيادات حول الاستخدام الصحيح لأجهزة التجميل.
• ضمان التشغيل الآمن للمعدات وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة والمعايير الطبية.
• تقديم عروض توضيحية عملية أثناء تركيب الجهاز واستخدامه السريري.

3. التثبيت وإعداد الجهاز

• تنسيق ودعم تركيب الأجهزة التجميلية في العيادات.
• تأكد من تهيئة الأجهزة واختبارها بشكل صحيح وأنها جاهزة للتشغيل.
• تقديم إرشادات تشغيلية لضمان دمج الأجهزة بسلاسة في سير العمل في العيادة.

4. إدارة علاقات العملاء

• بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ عليها مع أطباء الجلدية ومديري العيادات والطاقم الطبي.
• العمل كجهة اتصال فنية رئيسية للعيادات التي تستخدم أجهزة الشركة.
• الرد على استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الحلول في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة احترافية.

5. استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والمتابعة الفنية

• تحديد وحل المشكلات التقنية الأساسية المتعلقة باستخدام الجهاز.
• التنسيق مع الفريق التقني أو الهندسي لإجراء عمليات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها المتقدمة عند الحاجة.
• متابعة الأمر مع العيادات للتأكد من أن الأجهزة تعمل بكفاءة.
