Job Details
Nai Food Group Co. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations of 3 branches. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and be capable of managing multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across 3 branches
• Supervise branch managers, staff, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability
• Handle customer service, feedback, and resolution
• Coordinate with head office for inventory, staffing, and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as Branch Manager in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple branches efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
•  No overseas hiring

المسؤوليات

• إدارة العمليات اليومية في 3 فروع
• الإشراف على مديري الفروع والموظفين والأداء
• ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير النظافة والسلامة
• مراقبة المبيعات والتكاليف والربحية
• التعامل مع خدمة العملاء، والتعليقات، وحل المشكلات
• التنسيق مع المكتب الرئيسي فيما يتعلق بالمخزون والتوظيف وإعداد التقارير

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمدير فرع في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات
