Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions and high-volume financial transactions.

• Reconciliations: Perform rigorous reconciliation of cash, bank accounts, and complex remittance transactions.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and maintain flawless, accurate records.

• Compliance & Coordination: Monitor adherence to company policies and coordinate directly with auditors, treasury, and banking teams.

• Audit Support: Facilitate both internal and external financial audits.

• Ledger Management: Handle accounts payable/receivable and drive the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven accounting experience (Specialized experience in Exchange Houses or Financial Services is strictly required).

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and deep knowledge of IFRS/Accounting principles.↚

• Residency Status: Must hold a Transferable Visa (Article 18 or 22).

• Location: Hiring is restricted to candidates currently inside Kuwait only.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

• العمليات اليومية: إدارة الوظائف المحاسبية اليومية والمعاملات المالية عالية الكثافة.

• التسويات: إجراء تسويات دقيقة للنقد، الحسابات البنكية، ومعاملات التحويلات المعقدة.

• التقارير: إعداد تقارير مالية مفصلة والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة خالية من الأخطاء.

• الامتثال والتنسيق: مراقبة الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والتنسيق المباشر مع المدققين وفرق الخزينة والخدمات المصرفية.

• دعم التدقيق: تسهيل عمليات التدقيق المالي الداخلية والخارجية.

• إدارة الحسابات: التعامل مع حسابات الدائنين والمدينين وقيادة عمليات إغلاق نهاية الشهر والسنة.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المحاسبة (يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في شركات الصرافة أو الخدمات المالية).

• المهارات التقنية: إجادة متقدمة لبرنامج Microsoft Excel والبرامج المحاسبية الحديثة.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: دقة متناهية في التفاصيل، مهارات تنظيمية عالية، ومعرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية.

• وضع الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18 أو 22).

• الموقع: التوظيف للمتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
