Responsibilities
Purchasing Officer (F&B): Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely procurement of high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
Head Chef (Sweets/Pastries): Lead the production of premium desserts and pastries, oversee kitchen staff, ensure consistency in taste/presentation, and innovate new recipes.
Call Center Supervisor: Oversee the customer service team, manage order flows, handle escalated inquiries, and ensure a seamless communication experience for our clients.
Requirements
Experience: Applicants must have proven experience in the exact same role they are applying for.
Location: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
Residency: Must hold a transferable residency (Visa 18).↚
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to food industry standards.

المسؤوليات
مسؤول مشتريات (F&B): إدارة العلاقات مع الموردين، التفاوض على العقود، وضمان تأمين المكونات عالية الجودة في الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على كفاءة التكاليف.
رئيس طهاة (حلويات): قيادة إنتاج الحلويات والمعجنات الفاخرة، الإشراف على طاقم المطبخ، ضمان استمرارية المذاق والمظهر، وابتكار وصفات جديدة.
مشرف مركز اتصال: الإشراف على فريق خدمة العملاء، إدارة تدفق الطلبات، التعامل مع الاستفسارات المتقدمة، وضمان تجربة تواصل سلسة لعملائنا.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: يجب أن يمتلك المتقدمون خبرة مثبتة في نفس المسمى الوظيفي المتقدم إليه.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون مقيمين داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
الإقامة: يجب توفر إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
مهارات تنظيمية قوية والالتزام بمعايير صناعة الأغذية.
