CRM Agent
Attend all inbound calls and make outbound calls in-order to build, strengthen and maintain excellent relation with customers by knowing the customers, understanding their needs and providing highest customer care possible in-order to guarantee business repetition and maximize the return on investment.
· Handling all the inbound calls and provide customer support as necessary
· Attend customer requests coming through Call Centre, Emails etc. and provide necessary support.
· Logs messages for service requests received from customers and users on FRMS and CRM system
· Makes outbound calls for service feedbacks and telemarketing
· Records and analyzes customer surveys and rate level of customer satisfaction in various areas
· Attend customer complaints, send it to the concerned, and give feedback.
· Follow-up with customers for Periodic Maintenance of Vehicles one week before PMS scheduled date.
· Handles difficult, stressed, angry callers and upset customers
· Builds customer’s interest in the business offered by the company
· Provides personalized customer service of the highest level
· Maintains and updates customer databases with changes and the status of each customer
· Minimum Experience: 2 Years’ experience in similar position.
