Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling advertising spaces yo local businesses, identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline: Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and develop strategies to approach them.
Ad sales: Meet with clients to determine their advertising needs, negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, and ensure that all advertising materials are delivered on time and to the required specifications.
Meet targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure that clients' needs are met.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in advertising sales or a related field.
Knowledge of the advertising industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available for immediate hiring.
Residing in Kuwait with valid driving license.
