First Line Software - is an International team of IT enthusiasts. We are a US-based company with operations in markets around the world. The FLS team has more than 450 employees, and the offices are in the United States, Poland, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Australia.

Responsibilities:
Generate creative ideas and innovative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.
Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing and corporate events.
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll conduct market research and analyze data to shape our marketing strategy and develop campaigns that inspire our audience and promote our company culture and values.
You'll be the superhero behind the scenes, making sure our marketing materials are coordinated, delivered, and ready to inspire our global workforce. From working with contractors to ensuring timely delivery, you'll keep an organized inventory of our marketing materials.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
We're looking for someone who can think outside of the box and come up with creative, innovative ideas to help promote our HR Brand worldwide.
You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
You must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow in the role are essential.
