1-Sales Executives/ Managers - Freight Forwarding Services
The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
Responsibilities
Promote services to support and generate sales for logistics, courier, and freight forwarding services.
Primary responsibility is to realize sales targets and execute the sales strategy as it’s been laid out.
Maintain existing customer relations as well as expand our customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times by administrating data in the available CRM system.
Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and build a customized solution with the operational team that perfectly fits their requirements.
Secure customer-generated revenues and serve as the main entry point for land, air & ocean freight both internally and externally.
Negotiate with suppliers for the best conditions adapted to customers.
Monitor the progress of the shipment until the final destination.
Participate in the contract setting and monitor customers’ payments with the Collection Desk.
May participate in the management of commercial disputes.
Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
Qualifications.
Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Should have a driving license
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail-oriented.
2- UIX Designer
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop design solutions for various platforms
Establish consistent brand and creative designs
Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books
Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria
Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field
3 years of experience with UI/UX design
Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Adobe Pro, Photoshop and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript
