Store Director (Luxury Fashion)
My client is an international fashion brand looking for Store Director with minimun 5 years Luxury industry experience. The ideal candidate would come from a tier one luxury brand, worked with a principally run operation and has RTW, Leather Goods, or Jewelry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train all store associates and maintain an efficient client base
Maintain all display according to marketing standards and ensure replenishment
Provide required training for staff and ensure compliance to all company procedures and policies
Select and hire staff to vacant positions and interview individually to ensure optimal skills for position and provide required training for efficient working
Provide training to all employees for all product knowledge
Maintain professional environment in boutique at all times and ensure achievement of all monthly sales targets
Assist staff to provide optimal services to all customers and administer all shifts and ensure compliance to all cash collection procedures
Enhance quality and maintain integrity of the brand image in the stores market
Manage optimal levels of inventories and stock
Provide the highest levels of customer service to support the growth of sales
Performance management including: setting, monitoring and tracking sales associate individual targets on a regular and consistent basis, providing feedback as needed
Interface with clients as needed to ensure that their needs are being met
Manage departmental VIP outreach efforts and coach sales staff in client development/CRM
Develop and manage new business development ideas for the overall stores
