1- Employee Experience Specialist

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team and help our employees maintain a productive work environment to ensure our organization reaches our goals.

An Employee Experience Specialist’s responsibilities include collecting employee data, organizing employee files, and overseeing employee training.

Job Description:

Support and coordinate the delivery of the Engagement strategy and associated activities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners across the organization on employee engagement projects and initiatives.

Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits

Support the analysis of the firm’s Joiners and Leavers surveys to identify key strengths, areas for improvement

Collect and analyze employee data

Use data to create employee profiles

Organize and update employee files

Adhere to regulatory standards

Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses

Oversee employee orientation and training

Track and report on key metrics of project progression.

Requirements and skills:

Have a passion for employee engagement and cultivating a culture where employees can thrive.

Strong knowledge of data analytics and how to use analytical tools to generate powerful information.

Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.

Ability to independently work, manage time, organize and accurately prioritize work across multiple projects, be detail-oriented, work within deadlines and understand when urgency is required.

Problem-solving mindset, striving to search for answers to your own questions, but aware of when to ask for help.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.


2- Restaurant Manager

Policies & Processes


§ Implement the function's policies and follow the set processes in order to achieve the desired objectives.

Restaurant Activities

Assist in monitoring the restaurant operations to ensure the compliance of the same with NOX Culinary’s set policies and standards (quality of service provided, food preparation steps, sanitation and cleanliness, etc.).

Maintain knowledge of all customers’ reservations and assist in controlling the seating of customers based on the available resources especially in peak times.

Monitor the dining area and the communication process between the restaurants’ team and customers to ensure responding to customers positively and in a friendly and courteous manner.

Maintain full knowledge of the items offered by the brand whether the standard or the special menu items to be able to answer customers questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, etc. and ensure conveying the same to subordinates.

Assist in overseeing the serving of food and non-food items in accordance with NOX Culinary’s quality standards.

Perform wastage inspection and report shortages of food and non-food inventories to the Direct Manager to ensure consistent supply of all required materials.

Communicate with the concerned personnel within NOX Culinary to replenish the required inventory under the supervision of the Direct Manager.

Assist in scheduling meetings with customers to discuss event arrangements (Parties, or banquets) such as: food menus, arrangement of tables, decoration, etc., if applicable.

Assist the Direct Manager in handling complicated issues related to the team and/ or customers to ensure providing customers with an outstanding experience and increase their satisfaction.

Assist in managing cash related activities that may include: compiling and balancing cash receipts on daily basis, restaurant petty cash management, etc.

Provide recommendations pertaining to improving restaurant standards, as well as new methods for increasing efficiency and/ or effectiveness of the Restaurant operations and submit the same to the Direct Manager.

Manage the preparation of equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper coordination with the concerned personnel to ensure executing the preventive maintenance plan and solving issues in a timely manner.

Deputize in the absence of the Direct Manager and take charge of the Restaurant when directed to do so.

Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

People Management

Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily activities and assist in their development of technical skills.

Prepare a list of the daily tasks required and prepare staff schedules accordingly to ensure having enough employees during promotional campaigns, peak times and seasonal spikes.

Health and Safety

Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) at all times, if applicable.

Acquire full and proper understanding of the government health or food service regulations.

Ensure maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the working/ food preparation areas, as well as maintaining personal hygiene (e.g. grooming, clean uniform, etc.) at all times.

Reports

§ Prepare reports covering the main activities required by the job role such as non-conformities to the restaurant standards, customers’ related issues, etc. or other customized reports as requested by the Direct Manager.
