About the job
A User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for creating and enhancing the overall user experience of a product or service. They combine user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and behaviors through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze and interpret research findings to identify user insights and create user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to define and prioritize product requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
