We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Surgical Training Specialist.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by implementing world-class training to surgical teams within operating theatres across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement state-of-the-art surgical training programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Train and qualify surgical teams at diverse sites across Europe, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
Conduct surgical training sessions, providing hands-on support and expertise to enhance clinical skills.
Collaborate with medical professionals, contributing to peer-to-peer scientific exchange regarding disease, clinical unmet needs, and clinical trials.
Provide accurate scientific information and support to study sites, ensuring high-quality engagement and support.
Ensure compliance with international regulations, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant guidelines.
Qualifications:
Graduate level degree in a related field (BSc, BS, or higher).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
Expertise in Ophthalmology, Retina, or Gene Therapy Delivery preferred.
Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Proven ability to deliver exceptional training and support to surgical teams.
Excellent project management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and contribute positively to a remote team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive high performance.
Travel Requirements:
This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your location within Europe. Approximately 40% - 50% travel is required to various countries to implement world-class training within operating theatres.
