1.Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Processes departmental documentation and gather needed information from a variety of sources
Collect, combine and summarize data to develop standard reports, schedules, summaries and letters
Draft internal and external correspondence/reports based on gathered information from notes written briefs
Schedule appointments and make necessary arrangements to optimize the use of time as required.
Implement and maintain an accurate filling/data retrieval systems in order to ensure accessible and up-to-date information at all times
Identify discrepancies in data and follow up with concerned parties to correct errors
2.Senior Dispatch and Online Platform Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Must be familiar of all areas of Kuwait
Previous knowledge in dispatch / delivery divisions
Must have good knowledge of e-commerce and online platforms
Must have related experience in customer service
Must speak and understand Arabic language (even if Arabic is not his native language)
Can adapt to a past-faced working environment and have the ability to work under pressure
Qualifications:
Must be in Kuwait and having valid transferable residency 18-Ahli
At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Age not more than 35 years old
3.Pizza Maker
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares pizza dough, cuts, grates, or slices various ingredients, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens. He should also be able to maintain a clean workstation at all times.
Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
Pizza Maker Requirements:
High school diploma
A food handler’s license is preferred.
Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
The ability to follow standardized recipes.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
4.Fatayer Maker
Must know how to make fatayer
Must be in Kuwait with valid transferable article 18 visa - Ahli only
Age must not be more than 35 years old
Ready to join is preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD250.000 - KD275.000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
