Position: Marketing and PR Officer

Description
Execute strategic PR and marketing activities that elevate brand image and increase client engagement
Secure partnerships, draft contracts, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper execution
Plan and manage local and international events and photoshoots, including logistics and vendor coordination
Draft press releases and marketing content in both English and Arabic
Manage digital content creation, including blog posts, social media campaigns, and email marketing
Provide administrative support to the Creative Director and coordinate internal documentation
Lead and grow the group's social media presence across platforms
Engage with community members and manage customer interaction across digital channels
Conduct market research to support data-driven decision-making and refine marketing strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaborate with diverse teams
Prior internship or experience in PR or communications is a plus

دعم المدير الإبداعي إداريًا وتنظيم الوثائق الداخلية
قيادة حضور العلامات التجارية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
التفاعل مع الجمهور عبر المنصات الرقمية والاستجابة لأسئلتهم
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحليل الاتجاهات وتحسين استراتيجيات التسويق
الشروط
شهادة بكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة أو التسويق أو أي تخصص ذي صلة (يفضّل)
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثًا)
مهارات عالية في الكتابة والتواصل والتحرير
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة ودقة في التفاصيل
إلمام بأدوات Microsoft Office وأدوات إدارة المحتوى
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والعمل ضمن فريق
خبرة أو تدريب سابق في مجال العلاقات العامة يُعد ميزة إضافية
