- As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in managing orders and coordinating with our drivers.
Responsibilities:
- • Efficiently dispatch drivers to fulfil customer orders.
- • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- • Handle end-of-day (EOD) reporting and reconciliation.
- • Coordinate with various teams to streamline order processing.
- • Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during delivery.
- • Maintain clear and open communication channels with drivers.
Qualifications:
- • Previous experience in a dispatch or similar role.
- • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
- • Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics systems.
- • Quick decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.
