Responsibilities

✔️ Training and Development – Lead, coach, and develop associates to ensure store success and growth
✔️ Customer Experience – Provide superior customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer
✔️ Communication – Effectively communicate store goals, policies, and strategies with the team
✔️ Store Presentation & Sales Floor Supervision – Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment
✔️ Asset Protection – Uphold loss prevention practices and ensure store security
✔️ Policies & Procedures Adherence – Ensure all operational processes are followed, including opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

✅ Minimum of 1-year experience as a supervisor or manager in a retail setting
✅ Strong work ethic and proven ability to lead teams effectively
✅ Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
✅ Analytical skills for driving store performance
✅ Assertiveness and adaptability, with the ability to manage a dynamic environment
✅ Stress tolerance in a fast-paced retail setting
