Key Accountabilities
- Ensure there are proper accounting procedures in place with sufficient valid supporting information, all of which comply with local government requirements and which are correctly filed and stored
- Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the management/lease agreements and associated legal documents. Keep and safeguard all contracts, leases, insurance policies and all legal and financial documents and maintains a suitable “trace” system to ensure that there is sufficient time to consider and renew all contracts
- Lead the review and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, monthly profit & loss statements in consultation with the Managing Director and ensure all reports are prepared in accordance with accounting standards (both local and HK GAAP), statutory requirements, hotel industry specific guidelines and Head Office requirements
- Ascertain that all taxes, contributions, licenses, interest and management fees are accurately calculated and paid on time; and ensure the timely payment of all valid supplier invoices under the agreed payment schedule
- Monitor capital expenditure and present viable financial feasibility analysis for new investment proposals
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Analytical, with good business acumen
- Influential, a good persuader

- قيادة مراجعة وإعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات وبيانات الأرباح والخسائر الشهرية بالتشاور مع المدير الإداري والتأكد من إعداد جميع التقارير وفقًا لمعايير المحاسبة (المبادئ المحاسبية المقبولة عمومًا المحلية وهونج كونج) والمتطلبات القانونية والمبادئ التوجيهية الخاصة بصناعة الفنادق ومتطلبات المكتب الرئيسي
- التأكد من احتساب جميع الضرائب والمساهمات والتراخيص والفوائد ورسوم الإدارة بدقة ودفعها في الوقت المحدد؛ وضمان سداد جميع فواتير الموردين الصالحة في الوقت المناسب وفقًا لجدول الدفع المتفق عليه
- مراقبة الإنفاق الرأسمالي وتقديم تحليل جدوى مالية قابلة للتطبيق لمقترحات الاستثمار الجديدة
المتطلبات العامة
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة في قطاع الضيافة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة
- تحليلي، ذو مهارة تجارية جيدة
