Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent F&B - Arabic at Hampton By Hilton Kuwait Salmiya. The role involves providing exceptional service to guests, handling food and beverage inquiries, assisting with reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Guest Service Agent will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the F&B department.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or F&B sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or relevant certification is a plus
