Role Overview
Wakalah Automotive Co. WLL is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Kuwait. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting these opportunities into successful sales. This role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide insightful information to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Transferable residence (Visa #18).
- Valid Kuwait Driving License.

المؤهلات
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال.
- سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- معرفة بصناعة السيارات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل (تأشيرة رقم 18).
- رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
