Job Responsibilities
As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and visually inspecting Drilling and Completion Fluids product line equipment.
- Providing technical support across the business while adhering to HS&E policies.
- Collaborating with other business unit members and providing technical information.
- Handling simple project processes and targeted clients.
- Assisting in configuring, preparing, maintaining, and designing test stations and equipment.
- Coaching and training team personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma.
- 5+ years of maintenance-related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
