About the Job
Oracle Corporation is looking for a Corporate Counsel – Corporate Securities & Acquisitions to join its dynamic team of attorneys. This role will appeal to an experienced attorney who excels in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering sound judgment. Responsibilities
Corporate Governance:
- Oversee company secretarial compliance across Oracle’s subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
- Handle entity formations, restructurings, and dissolutions.
- Draft legal documentation, manage corporate records, and ensure proper corporate delegations and authorizations.
M&A Integration:
- Assist with integration of acquired entities and corporate restructurings.
- Draft legal documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Process and Policies:
- Collaborate with corporate, securities, and acquisitions teams to develop and implement corporate policies and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong background in corporate governance, particularly in the MEA region.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, establishment/dissolution of entities, and cross-border legal formalities.
- Familiarity with working with regulatory authorities in the MEA.
- Proven track record of working within high-performing corporate teams.
- Solid drafting skills and an adaptable, commercially minded approach.
- High energy, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.

- خلفية قوية في حوكمة الشركات، خاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- خبرة في عمليات الدمج والاستحواذ وتأسيس الكيانات وحلها، وفهم الإجراءات القانونية عبر الحدود.
