About the Job
Join our client as an Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Consultant to provide expert consulting services and guide clients through the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle functionality.
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops; document setups.
- Address functionality gaps and develop necessary extensions.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications to meet client requirements.
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Develop security strategies and validation plans.
- Support clients in testing and executing test scripts.
- Lead the migration of configurations, integrations, and extensions to production.
- Communicate project deliverables and provide regular status reports.
- Customize reports and support end-user training.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic is a MUST.
- 5+ years of experience in a Functional Lead role with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- Familiarity with Fusion release 9 and Oracle EBS HR modules.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- تكوين تطبيقات Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.
- كتابة وثائق متطلبات الأعمال للتقارير والواجهات وتحويل البيانات.
- تطوير استراتيجيات الأمان وخطط التحقق.
- دعم العملاء في اختبار وتنفيذ نصوص الاختبار.
- قيادة ترحيل الإعدادات والتكاملات والامتدادات إلى الإنتاج.
- التواصل بشأن نتائج المشروع وتقديم تقارير حالة منتظمة.
- تخصيص التقارير ودعم تدريب المستخدمين النهائيين.
المؤهلات
- إجادة اللغة العربية أمر ضروري.
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور القيادة الوظيفية مع Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- معرفة بـ Fusion release 9 ووحدات الموارد البشرية Oracle EBS.
- مهارات تحليل و اتصال قوية.
