About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Representative Intern for a 6-month maternity cover in Kuwait. As part of a fast-paced global organization, the intern will act as the key link between Haleon and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure our products are well-represented and utilized effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit HCPs, including physicians and pharmacists, to introduce Haleon products and assist in patient disease management.
- Provide guidance using product samples, scientific literature, and clinical trials.
- Follow up with HCPs to gather feedback and address inquiries about Haleon products.
- Share information regarding product usage, dosages, and side effects.
- Ensure Haleon products are available in key accounts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to managers about customer needs and market changes.
- Monitor stock, consumption, and the ordering process in designated areas.
- Participate in engagement activities and programs to expand business opportunities.
- Periodically report on customer visits and activities.
- Assist in customer segmentation and target updates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree: Pharmaceuticals degree
- Experience: Relevant experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication and digital skills
- Residency: Valid residency in Kuwait
- License: Valid driving license
